Facial Exercise or Botox

Botox injections have become the fountain of youth for some people experiencing the effects of the aging process. Millions of people have regular injections to keep their facial muscle paralyzed to eliminate facial wrinkles and lines.

When Botox is used on a regular basis the muscle begin to weaken over time, because the cells in the muscle tissue can not regenerate in a paralyzed state.

Isometric and resistant exercises have the same effect on wrinkles and facial lines as Botox. Exercise makes muscle tissue stronger so cells regenerate naturally.

Paralysis weakens facial muscles, exercise strengthens them. Facial lines and wrinkles are reduced and the muscles function normally.
